"My store relocated to a different site in our mall and when I viewed the new location the carpets had hundreds
of spots. The Mall Management brought in their carpet cleaning crew and after they left the spots returned 3 days
later. The mall hired a different crew, but the results were the same. My store was to open in the new location in
